The Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law (ISSN 0892-4880) is published twice a year, fall and spring, by the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law at Florida State Law. The views expressed in this publication are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the policies or opinions of the Journal, its editors or staff, or Florida State Law. The Journal welcomes letters to the editor.

Articles appearing in the Journal are indexed in Environmental Periodicals Bibliography and are also available on both Westlaw® and LEXIS®. Subscriptions are $30 per annum, plus applicable sales taxes for Florida residents, and mailing for Canada & International subscribers and are renewed automatically, unless a timely notice of cancellation is given. Individual issues are $15. Back issues (volumes 1-28 inclusive) are available from William S. Hein & Co., 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209-1987; 800.828.7571.

The Journal is pleased to receive for consideration articles from authors in any discipline. The Journal also welcomes articles from students at any college of law or graduate school. Authors are encouraged to submit their articles via e-mail in Microsoft Word or by mail on a CD or disk. All submissions should be in general conformity with The BlueBook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). Manuscripts submitted without sufficient postage cannot be returned.
